FAQ

Straight answers.

If something isn't here, call or text and a person will tell you.

Is there really no contract?

Really. You book the session you want and pay for that session. There is no membership agreement, no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no card kept on file. If you never book again, nothing happens — that is the entire point of how this is set up.

What actually happens in a first session?

He arrives with the table and everything else, and starts by watching how you move and asking what has been bothering you. Then it is assisted stretching — he moves you, you stay relaxed — through whatever the assessment turned up. A Express Stretch is 25 minutes on two or three areas; a Signature Stretch is 50 minutes head to toe. You stay fully clothed throughout, and you finish with something to work on until next time.

What should I wear, and what do I need to have ready?

Anything you can move in: leggings, shorts, a t-shirt. Nothing tight through the hips. All you need is about a yoga mat of clear floor — a living room, a bedroom, an office with the chairs pushed back, a garage. The table, mat and straps all come with him.

Where do you travel, and what does that cost?

West Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. Inside 10 miles of base there is no trip fee at all. From 11 to 20 miles it is $20, and from 21 to 30 miles it is $40. Past 30 miles we will quote it — usually it is still a yes. Your zone is worked out from your ZIP when you book, and it is on the total before you confirm.

What is your cancellation policy?

Give us as much notice as you can and there is no charge — call or text and we will move it. For members, the month's first reschedule is free and each additional one in the same month is $35, because a reserved slot that goes empty at short notice cannot be filled by a walk-in the way a studio's can.

Do you offer cupping, soft tissue work or massage?

No. Cupping and soft tissue work are hands-on bodywork that Arizona regulates under the Board of Massage Therapy, and they are not on our menu. Assisted stretching is movement education — you stay fully clothed — which sits squarely inside what a trainer is licensed to do. We would rather be straight with you about our lane than offer something we should not.

Is this medical treatment?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This is not diagnosis, physical therapy or medical care. If something hurts in a way that worries you, see a clinician first — then come see us, and tell us what they said so we can work around it.

How do session packs work?

They are prepaid credits, bought by choice rather than by contract. They hold for 90 days and nothing auto-renews. When they run out, you decide whether to buy more.

How does Host & Save work?

Book your own session, then invite others to book the same window at the same address. Each guest who books takes another 25% off your session — at 4 guests yours is free. Guests pay the normal rate. Capped at 6 sessions per stop, which is genuinely how many fit.

What is a Custom Mobility Plan?

A written, personalised set of stretches and mobility work built from what he finds in your session — what to do between visits, specific to you. It is a one-time add-on, included with a Plus membership and refreshed as your goals change; a refresh is $15 otherwise.

What isn't included?

Massage, cupping, soft tissue work and anything requiring a massage therapy licence. We also do not provide programming for a specific injury without knowing what your clinician has said. And there is no studio to visit — this is a service-area business, so everything happens where you are.

When do I pay?

At the session. Card, tap or cash. Nothing is charged when you book, and nothing is kept on file afterwards.
